I’m still waiting for my order, i’m fed up. The tracking barely updated, so I had no idea where the package was the whole time. It also feels like no one is handling these deliveries with any care or urgency. Definitely not ordering again.

Some of the stuff is decent, but the prices feel a little high for what you’re getting. I’ve seen similar items elsewhere for less, so I’m not totally sold on the value.

I had a browse through riotstores.com.au and came away underwhelmed. I thought there’d be more to choose from, but a lot of the things I was expecting just weren’t there, and some of the categories felt a bit empty, like they hadn’t really been filled out properly or... I don’t know, just not much to look at.
The frustrating bit was that whenever I did find something that looked alright, it was either out of stock or unavailable in the size or option I needed. After a while it just felt like I was clicking around for no reason. Not the worst site ever, but I wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back.

I wasn’t really impressed with the quality. The fabric felt cheap to me, and mine ended up ripping much sooner than I expected.

I ended up having to follow up again just to get a proper update. The product itself turned out fine, but based on this latest experience, the customer service felt a bit slow and not especially helpful.

I sent my return back and then ended up waiting way too long for the refund to come through. I’m careful with my money, so having that amount tied up for so long was really frustrating. Getting clear answers wasn’t easy either, which made the whole thing feel more annoying than it needed to be.
